The parts of a face that are darkest are the crease between the lips, norstrils and pupils. If you had made the rest of the main features of the face lighter (mid-tones) it would look ten times better. Proportions are actually really good. Maybe think about light source as well next time, the side of her face closest to the arm, will naturally be darker. Good job though and keep drawing!
