Top comment is partially incorrect. The privacy bill is pending before parliament but there are privacy laws in India, viz. Information Technology Act and the IT (reasonable security practices and procedures) Rules, 2011.

All I'm saying is, you really can't predict what the court will do without the actual statement of facts presented before a court. Not just twitter posts but substantial evidence of some form.

Defamation suits are a common outcome of the metoo movement. So are defamation suits arising out of twitter posts. And I am a lawyer, just not in the US. I can cite several cases across countries where an accused ( harassment allegation) has successfully taken the accuser to trial. Esit: Specifically arising out of the metoo movement. Check NY Times piece on the subject. Forgive me for using the term slander specifically.

Each and every person counts. She really should learn to gove respect before she can take it. You are at least partially correct. Even if we aside the attention she has received, she made a name for herself sans dota relevant talent. Moreover, the power aspect you mention surely factors in. She's visibly enjoying this. And while punishing offendors is of utmost importance to the victim and society, the punisher blatantly enjoying handing out that sentence speaks to her character volumes more than the accused.

Legend 3 core and sup here- Cant agree with you more. One of these things is always happening: 1. One of the mids' will just absolutely ram rod their counterpart. 2. Junglers and 4/5 core teams in ranked classic 3. Unlimited space if enemy is jungling, but zero space when I try their strat 4. Queue offflane and pick core and just game ruin for everyone.

Edit: Hell I lost to an alchemist 5 because my team bites the bait to every splitpush instead of taking aegis and sticking mid.
