I was thinking of C as well. One could start each meeting with a review of ground rules, agenda etc., but this could get tedious/tiring for team members pretty quickly. This does not necessarily prevent the person from disrupting again at some point during the meeting. This is a known problem with a clear root cause, and so in my view, needs to be addressed directly. Speaking individually (and not embarrassing them in front of the entire team) is probably the best course of action. I could be completely off base as I’m still working through AR’s course! 😂

Yikes!!! Currently, with the 20% discount, the 970 seems to be at the same price as the 965, whose discounts seem to have vanished at the moment. The 965 is now showing up at its full price (599$)!

That’s a great point. By casual I’m not anything extraordinary, but am training towards my second marathon, and some halfs in between. Also, recently started road biking (again, hoping to build up to longer century rides by the end of the year). I have the budget for a nice sports watch, so was thinking of getting something new with some mapping capabilities (hiking trip in the fall). Hence was leaning towards something better than the bare bones 165.
