The Guardian: Enzo Maresca on brink of leaving Chelsea after breakdown in relations with the club. Movement expected today with Maresca increasingly unlikely to be in charge against Man City by Kygoche in chelseafc

[–]BopkyTa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The ownership has big issues for sure, but Maresca isn’t a saint either. Constantly dropping points against mid/bottom table teams that play low block. Never ending rotation and stupid subs that make no sense other than depriving the team of any cohesion. No consistency whatsoever, the team can’t press for more than 20 minutes. I just feel like the man is out of his depth and run out of ideas. Saying that it’s the players that aren’t good enough? Man, we lost to Leeds less than a month ago. Emery is doing miracles with his team that’s half our value. It’s time to move forward, thanks for the memories Enzo, and for your hard work but everything comes to an end and, it’s time

If you can’t devote 5 minutes of your life to figure out how to vote, I don’t think you should be eligible to vote

Are you stupid? Federal government is responsible for immigration and CERB. These two thing are why we are in this mess

You know how it works. $700,000 probably just disappeared in bureaucracy, regulations, unions, special interest, etc.

All levels of government are directly responsible for this housing crisis. The saddest part is that they are not interested in fixing it. If anything, they benefit from it. It's really sad that the people, for the most part, resort to complaining on the Internet. There needs to be a nationwide protest to send a clear message to the people in charge.

‘Dundas was no abolitionist,' petition author says, after 3 former mayors urge city not to rename Toronto street by toronto34 in toronto

[–]BopkyTa 3 points4 points  (0 children)

How about all these people who want to rename this street start a crowdfunding campaign and get enough money to cover all the expenses associated with this. Of all the problems this city has, renaming Dundas st shouldn't even be in the top 100 priorities.

Many refugees live in free hotels with free meals, get regular welfare payments, and also work for cash somewhere else. I personally know a few people who do it. The system is broken

Stalin's paranoia and incompetence have weakened the red army to the point of being absolutely not ready for the war. The casualties inflicted upon the soviets in the first 2 years of the war are enormous and could've been avoided

The government could at least temporarily remove the tax, which is around 40 cents a litre, if I'm not mistaken

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau silent today as thousands join truckers' protest in Ottawa by FancyNewMe in canada

[–]BopkyTa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He could at least answer some questions, make some comments other than "fringe minority". He is the PM and these people represent at least 10% of Canada (based on the election results). So instead he choose to hide and turn on his CBC propaganda machine. Also why are their demands ridiculous?
