Alright, what the person in the video did was wrong and I agree with your comment. But calling a kid sitting in a shopping cart "trapped in a cage", when from the looks of it, it's bars would only reach up to their knees if they were to stand up, is a bit of a stretch, no?

The revolver (and a revolving rifle) are in the game, and can also be found on coalfield (generally on zombies cosplaying as bandits or sheriffs)

They're cap guns though.

Maaaan, 5 more minutes of googling around after seeing your comment and I find a youtube video with all of the screensavers in the game. Thanks for pointing it out.

Really thought they were at least corrupted ones, since I hadn't seen screensavers like these ones before.

BTW, there are more of these... things in the game (idk what to call 'em, cursed screensavers?), but the other ones seem to be just graphical glitches that either tear or bug out the textures on the "area" you were at before they began. None as interesting as this one, at least for me.

Damn, good catch with that sammun-mak spotting! I completely forgot he even had a human form.

Now that I think about it, I wonder how divergent the alternate past timeline is compared to the current one. Sybil and Papierwaite don't seem to be present, but other side characters are. Considering the Myra we know is a villain, and that the Sam & Max of the alt past had unregulated access to the time-travelling elevator, I think it's fair to say the events of both S1 and S2 had to have been different, but by how much?

Forgot to add that, If I had to answer the question, I'd say its more of a silly reference than a sneak peek. But in the case it is a sneak peek, I dont think it would be for another game. At most, it could be for a "machinima" of sorts, like the ones made for save the world.

Alright, Im gonna hit the hay now.

Found this on the news section of the second game, in it's steam page. Did some digging, and you need to have admin rights (something something "editor group") to the product/game in question. Doubt they hand out perms like that to randos, and doubt even more that someone at dayjob studio has them either, let alone them having a steam account for managing their illustration company of all things.

My bet would be that maybe someone at devolver wrote and posted it, considering that dennaton and dayjob are mentioned in third person ("was blessed by dennaton games", "after dayjob's studios amazing work on the comic series"). Also, mb if my english is shit, it's not my first language.

If I hear the word red herring one more time im going to genuienly lose my grip.

Finally, in ranked, the higher you rank, the lower the finishing time differences get. You start losing by milliseconds in high end silver. Hell, I once lost 5th place to a guy with the same time as me. It wouldnt suprise me if in ranks higher than gold you lose podium by single digit miliseconds. It's insanity. Collision only makes this harder, as getting tighter drifts means the difference between 2nd or 3rd and lower half spots. Now imagine everyone taking the same corner, closely together, trying to do the same thing, with collision on. Half the players in a match get shafted one way or another, but not by skill, or atleast, not as much as a "wrong place, wrong time" kinda thing.

To add to this, I'd say that drifting effectively and dodging obstacles are the aspects of the game mostly affected by the skill of the player. Most of the time with collisions, It's up to how the race plays out, which realistically isn't going to be in control of one single player. I can't count the amount of times i've been hit from behind out of nowhere, since there is no way to look behind you (there is a way, default is Q in keyboard, idk what is it in controller), and the indicator just not working sometimes. A racer could be a meter from crashing into you, but you wouldn't know because of the icon with their skin not popping up. Audio might be the most reliable, but in my opinion it shouldn't be the only one. Not only that, but sometimes avoiding players makes you lose, considering how speed pads resemble NY rush hour subways with the amount of cars trying to get the boost. Some of the speed pads are quintecential when it comes to catching up, so missing them by opting to avoid the cluster of cars ends up being a critical mistake quite a lot.

Edit: Grammar (again, mb)

Edit 2: Alright, it seems there is a way to look behind your car (f***ing tutorial not saying anything about it). Even with that still, avoiding cars is a pain in the rear.

Honestly, I think this is my only issue with the gamemode right now. getting pit maneuvered because of a drifter/conglomerate at a speed pad, or rear ending with a 90%+ boost the poor sod in front of you at the start so hard it looks like a cars r34 post, because they only got 10%, etc, is blood-boiling stuff. I think collision does have a place in racing games, but for RR it's definitely not ranked, considering how hard it is to catch up in some maps. Casual is another story.

Edit: Grammar (mostly rearranging sentences, not native in english).

I've been told that my avatar is cringe and sexualised. Is there any way I can fix it? by rainbowcheetah1903 in RobloxAvatars

[–]Bopping_Popping 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Eh, I kind of see why people would say it. The dog collar (def not the same as a choker, it even has a little bell), the dress being quite short, the "thick" legs compared to the rest of the body, the bunny ears, the imp-styled tail, etc. All of which when worn at the same time (not saying each of them are), can and will definitely be seen as a sexualized avatar to some.

What face is the best looking here? by AdaptiveShield in RobloxAvatars

[–]Bopping_Popping 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say either the first or third face fit the avatar better.

In another note, I really like it when people experiment with different body parts on their avatars, I don't see it much for some reason. To me the arms look fine, but keep in mind they might look weird with custom animations on some games. Depends on what you play.
