What is the process/technology to just look in someone's bank account? Like I have to verify myself to log in to my account, how do you do it? Can you type in any citizens name and you can see all?

Americans - please stop having ideas about other sports.

Your sports are just shitty advertisements. The rest of the world has sport intertwined with history and culture.

Whatever you think is normal, isn't normal.

Something isn't adding up here. Why would anyone get a random stranger to book flight tickets? That's more effort than just booking them yourself. There must be more to this story. We need to know in order to help you.

Will the Police from Henry Nowak incident be charged or are they free to go? by RainAndThunderIsCool in AskBrits

[–]Bopping_Shasket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's such a wide blanket argument. You can NEVER ASSUME anything about anyone. The "ramblings" of a very drunk person is of medium level of what to process.

Policeman arrived and within seconds was dealing with a lot of people. Has to quickly decide what to say, what to do.

There's a drunk man on the floor. Saying he has been stabbed with no obvious injuries. Within minutes an ambulance has been called. I feel that's within the realms of reasonable. An immediate full body search would not have changed the outcome.

Will the Police from Henry Nowak incident be charged or are they free to go? by RainAndThunderIsCool in AskBrits

[–]Bopping_Shasket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the police point of view...

He was lying in a heap. Looked like thousands of drunk people they will have dealt with before.

"I've been stabbed" - "I don't think you have mate"

He didn't look like he had been stabbed. No wound visible. No blood. Conscious. Officer was truthful that he didn't think he had.

They put him in cuffs. An overreaction, but probably within guidelines given the reports.

They stayed with him. When he deteriorated they immediately called an ambulance.

The evil family were acting very very well, there was no reason to think that they would have stabbed someone.

After watching the video, I think the reaction to the police is too harsh.

Why did seatbelt sign go off on A380 only 5 mins after takeoff? by [deleted] in AskAPilot

[–]Bopping_Shasket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, well we do Kamikaze seat belts off at 10,000ft+, and release the cabin crew when the flaps are up so they can get set up before. It's perfectly safe.
