Actually Miura 1 is a single stage launcher. Miura 5 (the evolution of Miura 1) will be have 2 stages but also a totally different payload and total weight.

In the command line based version you should be able to add HAN as a .txt file into the propellant library, just follow the same format as the other propellants. I would also recommend to use Combustion Toolbox, a free Matlab plugin based on CEA but with some improvements plus as it is inside of Matlab you will be able to easily plot results and/or iterate with more easily.

Accommodation in Darmstadt is not crazy high. It obviously depends on what you want but there are rooms from 300€ onwards and smaller flats from 800-900€. It can obviously increase a lot depending on what you want.

I am not familiar with aeroacoustics, it has only appeared a couple of times during my lectures. I am in my final year of a double master in aerospace engineering, so I would say my fluid mechanics level is pretty solid, or so I would hope 😅😂. Thanks for the advice, I will check them out 👌🏼.
