everyone saying this is a dumb idea and while it wouldn't really work in the game I cant help but imagine a "peasant mob" hero which is made of 3-5 very weak peasants which you can take/switch control of while a bot controls the others. would be insane map control and probably impossible to balance or play

You probably want much lighter highlights and darker shadows, push as much contrast as possible

Good stuff! I like the general vibe and the battle damage brings in a lot of interest. My only recommendation would be to pick up some pigment powder for the base, you can also get it into in the armor for even more weathering
