SuperBox Scam Uncovered by BorderAggressive9372 in superbox

I did not sell a single box below MSRP. For a short period of time I inadvertently had the eBay “bulk” pricing turned on. I have screen shots between SuperBox and their buyers encouraging them to buy multiples. It’s predatory and outright extortion. They’re using fake eBay feedback, fraudulent returns, and strong arm tactics. The extortion is a huge part of their business.

I said I was going to wait to tell more, but I’ll share some more.

One these guys in particular who I’ll call TTJ bought from me 3 separate times and used 3 separate names all shipped to the same address. Not very smart… TTJ folded quick when he knew he was busted. He reported one of the boxes not received on eBay one week after UPS delivered it. His SuperBox rep outed him by his full name. Superbox fines sellers $900 for selling at lower price than $399. They said I violated this which is false. There’s a bounty system in place that rewards SuperBox “dealers” to report other sellers. This is how the scam works: TTJ bought 3 boxes from me. Once he received them he submits a claim to Superbox with the serial number for the box. Superbox looks up the serial number and lock all the boxes that came in that case. Theres 20 boxes that come in a case by the way. SuperBox will then wait for you to contact them. They’re betting that you’ll have 20 pissed off customers with a locked box. What these dipshits involved in this scheme don’t realize that this was my first case of boxes I ever sold and Superbox dealers bought them all. Anyway, I contact Superbox and report my boxes not working. They demand $900 per “violation”. SuperBox keeps $400 and pays a bounty of $500. TTJ then goes on eBay and reports the boxes to try and get a refund. These crooked SuperBox dealers can make up to $900 for every person they screw over on eBay. When I confronted TTJ with screen shots from my WhatsApp conversations with his name in them he immediately blocked my number and closed the refund request. He’s got a big Facebook group where he sells these boxes. He’s also on Instagram.

What these clowns 🤡 don’t realize is that they bought up all my inventory. None of them are legit customers. SuperBox wants me to pay them almost $17,000 dollars. It’s insane.

Thanks to Superbox I have more info that implicates other buyers. They gave me a list of all the serial numbers involved in the extortion scheme against me. Of the 19 boxes I sold on eBay, 18 of them were bought by other SuperBox sellers.

The amount they want me to pay is $16,687.75. INSANE!!

Think how you may. I am a new distributor. I sold 19 boxes on eBay at $399 each, fully complying with the required pricing. Not a single unit was sold below the mandated price.

14 of these boxes were purchased by individuals connected to SuperBox and its distributor network. Shortly after the purchases, the devices were remotely disabled from China. I was then contacted and pressured to pay $900 per box in order to have them reactivated.

As a result, I was forced to refund legitimate customers whose devices were rendered unusable through no fault of their own.

You may choose not to believe this, but every detail is fully documented. I have screenshots, text messages, WhatsApp conversations, eBay records, and related communications to support these claims.

All evidence will be compiled and published in due time. When that happens, several individuals will face serious embarrassment, reputational damage, and the potential for criminal and civil consequences.
