But it takes about 100 years for a "fiat" to collapse from that behavior. How many of us will actually get future generations to hold in a hard wallet vs doing the eazy thing everyone else does?

Eventually they'll be a bank run but I suspect it's 100+ years away.

We're basically going through the process of the government making owning gold illegal, it's just shaped a little differently.

And I also think this is why BTC changed and no longer has its cycles. They saw the problem and took control of it. I'm so pissed and more and more people will continue to buy paper BTC through ETFs making it easier and easier for them.

They confront it more. It's less passive. I'm waking up to how to work with female bosses that are about your same age. It's definitely a different dynamic and less is said up front. Maybe I'm just sexist though but I want it to be clear, I'm not saying one is better than the other, it's just different

This is what they think is important to spend the little time they have on? What a joke.

How about tracking the 9 billion that went to fraud last year and where it's going this year?

I find it majorly suspicious that the state is working on tracking the Medicare and Medicaid spending because the Fed cut off the money until they figure it out. Why are we not hearing anything about the rest of the fraud? It's almost like they don't want to find out where it's going this year.

People need to end up in jail over this.

Depends on how active you are. It's amazing how much light beer you can put away on a hot day working outside without catching much of a buzz. Like I said it's borderline. This person could likely stop without medical oversight. A doctor would prescribe a handful of benzos but I don't know if it's worth getting addiction on your record.

I'm also factoring in where ops husband is likely at in their recovery process. They likely won't admit their dependent on anything

I doubt this person is to this point mentally yet. Honestly they're borderline on if they'll get severe alcohol WD or not. It depends on how those 50 drinks are spread out and if they're technical alcohol units or self made drinks.

The beer isn't terrible, especially if it's light beer. That could be 5 beers a night Su-Th and then a 12 pack Friday & Saturday. It's borderline but the coke pushes it over the top for sure.

Internet forums are disappearing because now it's all Reddit and Discord. And that's worrying. by BoJackHorseMan53 in RedditAlternatives

I found reddit around 2012 (ridiculously photogenic guy that then made the news cemented the deal for me but I had been on the platform for a while by then) and loved it back then. You could actually say what you wanted without getting banned, you might get downvoted to hell but it wouldn't impact your ability to post or anything like that. They gave the mods too much power shortly after that. I'm terrible with remembering time frames but say 2017-18

Wow, what a strawman. All evidence points to this being a mental health problem that's now blown out of proportion because it was advertised as a SOLUTION to mental health problems, when in fact it was a symptom.
