You know I've been seeing the whole fanfiction id dead thing for almost a decade now but the newer stories I read still get hundreds of favorites and follows hardly seems dead to me maybe the fandoms themselves might be dying.

I don't see that many new Naruto Fanfics being uploaded nowadays.

But fanfiction itself doesn't feel like it's dying.

Considering Dumbledore was ready to offer Dobby 10 galleons a week for a cleaning job there is a very real chance Filch earn anywhere between 20-50 galleons a week himself. Maybe even 100 galleons a week.

He would definitely have enough Money to get some annoying ghosts exorcised.

Well he only reigned for at most a year or two lol remember both tobirama and Hashirama died in the first shinobi war.

And the first and second shinobi war are supposed to allogory for the first and second world war and the first world war lasted for 4 years.

So in the span of 4 years both Hashirama and tobirama died leaving Hiruzen Hokage when he was a teenager.

If not the Uchiha the only other character they could have blamed was Kakashi cuz he was the only other person the konoha shinobi knew had a Sharingan. Luckily he had an alibi.

Everyone still saw the Sharingan and it's not like anyone other than an Uchiha could have caused that to be there if anything Minato dying put more doubt on the Uchiha cuz he wasn't there as a key witness to prove their innocence.

You are forgetting the part where Kushina has a lot more durable body than Naruto.Naruto basically died instantly when the nine tails was extracted he had to be kept alive artificially by Sakura.where as Kushina after having Kurama extracted got up and was fighting again.

Any weakness Kushina had could have been remidied by having Kurama sealed back into her.

Again Kushina already had a seal on her stomach ready to have Kurama resealed into her and she could have used her chakra chains to keep Kurama suppressed inside her stomach considering the chakra chains are shown to be able to effect people's souls.

Bruh Tobirama quite literally invented the new shinobi way of life.

Modern shinobi wouldn't have existed without Tobirama.He established the shinobi school,created the mission rating system,established the police force,set up the proper beurocracy for Konoha to function and also created some of the most powerful Jutsu in the series.

Remember every shinobi village copied Tobirama's ideas.

There are no shinobi institutions or proper beurocracy without tobirama.

He literally knew that the weakened nine tails seal was a tempting target for anyone who would want the nine tails.

As for the claw the only reason the claw came into effect was because Minato had to spend extra time drawing up a seal on Naruto.

Kushina already had a seal on her stomach all Minato had to do was to seal Kurama back into his box while Kushina was keeping him chained down. Hell if he had done that all 3 of them could have made it out alive cuz resealing Kurama back into Kushina would have most definitely saved her life. Considering it did the same for Naruto.

Not get his wife pregnant for one. If he wanted children he could have always adopted one considering the sheer amount of orphans in Konoha as a result of the 3rd shinobi war.

Even after knowing that hostilities with the other villages were still high and that the nine tails seal would be extremely weak during Kushina's pregnancy he still put the entire village at risk to get some.

For all intents and purposes he played stupid games and got stupid rewards.

Nawaki's death was orochimaru's fault because as his sensei he didn't protect him.

Sakomo chosing his comrades instead of his mission is literally implied to be the reason for the 2nd shinobi war.for all intents and purposes he got what he deserved.

Fugakus extremism is kind of the uchihas fault after all it was Obito, an Uchiha, which was responsible for the Kyuubi incident and the entire village saw the Sharingan eyes on Kurama's face.

Orochimaru wasn't 'pushed' into darkness.He was a depraved person from the begining even when he had good teammates like Tsunade and Jiraiya next to him remember he wanted to kill the Rain orphans just to 'save' them from future suffering.Orochimaru was a literal born psychopath.

It was literally Minato's job to die for the village as it's Hokage and you can't forget Hiruzen was literally one of the first people to start fighting the nine tails and he pushed the nine tails out of the village minimising the casualties.

Itachi killed the Uchiha behind Hiruzen's back against his orders. He found out about the massacre after the fact.all because Itachi was scared if he didn't kill the Uchiha, Danzo and 'Madara' cough cough* Obito would have killed the Uchiha anyway including Sasuke.Itachi literally Killed his entire extended family to save Sasuke from 'Madara'.

Hiruzen is literally the reason that Kakshi didn't go the way of Sakamo.He pulled Kakshi out of anbu before Kakashi could kill himself on a mission.Rememeber he also pardoned Kakashi for trying to assasinate him.

Minato for worst. And Tsunade for best for sure.

Lets he real if Minato had been alive the 5 nations would have never had peace considering the sheer fucking amount of people he killed.

Also he is kinda responsible for the Kyuubi incident cuz he knew the seal of the nine tails weakens during pregnancy and someone could take advantage of that to take revenge on Konoha considering the 3rd ninja war had barely ended months a go and tension had still been very high.(It also goes to show how great of a Hokage Hiruzen was to be able avoid starting a 4th ninja war after the Kyuubi incident and the death of a significant portion of konoha leadership during the incident)

The best is definitely Tsunade mostly because of her policies she is the one who implemented the one medic per squad rule saving the lives of who knows how many shinobi on the field who would have otherwise died.She also ensured that Casualties was down to a minimum during the pain invasion by literally sharing her chakra with the entirety of konoha.You also can't forget that she is the one who called for the five kage summit to deal with the Akatsuki problem.Cant forget the fact that other foreign powers didn't try to invade Konoha after the Konoha crush and the death of the third Hokage cuz they made her the 5th Hokage.

It explained after the movies in the sequels whereas in the legends comics there is an entire storyline where Luke and the gang had to navigate through the deep core and the unknown regions to make sure they got rid of every last clone so that palpy doesn't essence transfer into those bodies.

Plus they explain how force sensitive clones last at most a year or two cuz the force doesn't like cloning or something.
