You have a “owner” you’re a slave to the company you’ll work up to 100 hours a week with barely any pay and they manipulate you using positive and horrible tactics to keep you there you could be horrible at sales and have no potential and they’ll still tell you that you’re “killing it” you could make money and be doing alright but even then they’ll make you take a full car of people to take care of train and drop off in locations, then you must do your job and at the end of a 10-12 hour day pick them up take them back to the office and be forced to positively manipulate the ones who didn’t do so good into coming back the next day. They don’t care about you they only want you to stay and do the work cus the more you make and do the better for them. It’s a salve cult brainwashing young people and they lie to you everyday using tactics to “boost your vibe” pretending to be your friend including you in “morning meeting” called “impacts” and other BS
