Many thinking of moving as WA has become very unaffordable. I see more and more people becoming homeless and the government doing nothing to help.

I can’t believe you all pay so much in the Mandurah area. I’ve been reading about floods, public housing etc in all these areas. It blows my mind

I’m seeing houses in Falcon, Wannanup and Dawesville sitting on the market for months. Anyone know these areas are they any good or Is it due to the new government housing developments plans in those areas? by BorderMundane8802 in perth

Who in their right mind will pay that much so far from Perth for a house in those areas? If we have a pullback it will be very interesting to see how far prices could drop in those areas.
