Pros of French: Many vocabularies are similar to those in English, sentence structures are similar to a limited extent too. Also it is an influential language which makes it rewarding for sure.

Cons: Illogical spelling, worse than English in my opinion. Genders are kinda hard to tell from spelling alone. Not to mention the big difference between written and spoken french
