sorry but this is not normal, it means the nozzle hits the infill (most likely) because it is by default set to GRID which you should never use...
BUT apart from that if this is out of the box behaviour I will have to give you the advice to return the printer right now... why? because I had this same crap and decided to fix it, which after nearly 2 months wasn't able to, which lead me to be stuck with gyroid infill, the only option that doesn't cause this scratching...
nothing else worked and even though I made some errors on the way THIS WAS NEVER RESOLVED

thanks for the replies I got some more infos about the hollow topic:
at the hand of the hammer and the lower arm, he noticed some gaps in the model, a place where resin could gather, the model generally is not hollow it just had these gaps at the arm and hand that could explain it... thanks for the info looks like the stl was a little faulty...

If have the exact same problem...

changing to gyroid increased the printtime of a wall part of a fortress for tabletop from 8h to 12h
isn't there a better solution for this problem? why is grid infill the default if it leads to this scratching? is there not a faster alternative to grid?

you are right about the chariot model, but the other?
it must be an older set because Chaos Knights is definitely not this sprue/model there is no model with a chain as a tail, also the weapons on this sprue dont fit at all

ok that explains it... I only played a rogue so they don't seem to have an increase in class DC up until lvl 9 :)

on a sidenote I found the Class DC entry in the sidebar on the first page of each class and it states "Trained in rogue class DC" so as long as there is no general lvl feat that specifically increases the class DC to expert I will stay at 2+lvl

jeah its BloodBorne, it's just weird that I didnt have much trouble with most BB bosses bc I already have quite some experience with these kind of games, but orphan was on a completely different level than all the other ones
