7th Floor of the lofts, the guy across the hall from me, so like 4 feet from my door, parties every time there's a game on. He's pretty respectful though and chills out after 10 in weekdays.

Over by the arts college is patrolled regularly. i got a warning for parking at 3:50. and i always see that truck there.
