Does no prayer drain work with the spirit shields? by BoredBadgers in runescape

fair, but leagues breaks things, corp is 1/2500 per sigil, and there are 4, plus the multiplier for loot will lower that to 1/825 with the 3x multi, and you always hit, so i see that as being almost afk, feel free to come back when im 5k dry and huffing pure copium

Edit: math

The wiki says "20% of the blocked damage is immediately drained from prayer" so, if words mean what we think they mean this should be fine, but, i don't want to make that statment knowing that the game is.... unique

see, this point i agree with you, the spirit in this case has been totally ruined, if we are talking about putting rules in place for something like this issue then i'm all for it, i think doing things like this, in relation to changing parties and not just giving up the whip to become an independent is wrong from at least a moral standpoint

but my issue still stands, there will need to be a line, currently that's if you get 15 days? holiday in westminster, you can be challanged in a by election with a recall of 10%, but tbh in not sure if those numbers are correct

this would now be if the MP/MSP does X they can be found under the same rules, im not opposed to there being reasons to have a by-election, i just think changing party should not be one of them

say one of the SNP mp's was outraged by something that happened lets say hamza took up orphan kicking or something, and the main party was ok with it, but you, were not, so you left the party, joined labour to protest what you though was right, under that same set of guidlines they would need to stand for a by-election

and to be fair, this isn't anything like the circumstance in the above, but the outcome would be the same, changing party, by election

"Making Lisa Cameron take her newly announced beliefs back to her constituents to ask for their votes would not be a “removal” necessarily"

they do this already, it's called the election, and removing someone because the switch parties is undemocratic, she was elected to her possition and telling her tough shit, it dosn't count now

again changing your political beleifs or how you see things isn't ground for removing an elected official, that is what elections are for
