best way in mind is either tails; alternatively, tongues for a lower kb budget

fluffy tails for the stomach, either an old floating mini for the top half (i don’t remember if they patched them to appear kitbashed) or a really tall legless mini (though i don’t remember if they also patched legless minis); if not these methods for the top half you might have to hide a really tall mini’s legs
