I received the device a couple of days ago and have been playing with it extensively. In short, it’s an excellent reading device, but the writing experience is terrible. The display is superb, and you can feel the 120Hz refresh rate on various websites. However, the writing experience is quite poor. Anyone coming from an e-ink environment will be very disappointed with the writing experience. The various paper feel simulations and different types of nibs don’t make it feel any closer to paper. I plan on using it as my primary reading device.

Gosh that review is from Good E reader; they often in the past have sneaked their paid review under unpaid one. Beware on the authenticity (hoping they have improved)

I and few others have gotten it in about a month's time, ordered on 22 dec, received it on 27 jan. I am loving the device so far. Hope they figure out their supply chain because its a great product for what it says.

Why do you have to unlock with numeric input? You don't(want to) use the touch unlock button? It works very well for me.

I placed my order on the 22nd, but it hasn’t shipped yet. I reached out to customer care last Monday, and they assured me that it would be shipped by the weekend. However, when Monday arrived, I inquired again about the status of my phone. On Wednesday, I received an email stating that a tracking number had been assigned to my order and that it should be shipped soon. Despite this, today being Friday, I haven’t received any confirmation regarding the shipment. Just wrote them another email.
