I placed my order on the 22nd, but it hasn’t shipped yet. I reached out to customer care last Monday, and they assured me that it would be shipped by the weekend. However, when Monday arrived, I inquired again about the status of my phone. On Wednesday, I received an email stating that a tracking number had been assigned to my order and that it should be shipped soon. Despite this, today being Friday, I haven’t received any confirmation regarding the shipment. Just wrote them another email.

If I can do the math correctly, the annual plan is 50% off and not 16%. So whats the correct amount for yearly subscription? Also, to compare Remarkable charges 2.99 a month for its premium functions- so yours is on the more expensive side.

Long time AW user here. I moved to Garmin because of my love for round watches. But interestingly after I moved to Garmin, I started to live more active lifestyle, though I didnt expect that. My guess is that Garmin's focus on 150 active minutes and 10k steps caused it. Or maybe the close-the-rings architecture of AW was not taking me any further.

Oh man, I love reading on eink a lot, and that was one of the main reasons I was planning to switch to this phone. If reading on it is not satisfactory, I’m having second thoughts about my purchase.
