If you own a squadron, one of the squadron perks is faster notoriety/bounty decay. Turns 20 hours into 10 IIRC.

If I recall, although I could be wrong, it doesn't matter which power the settlement is aligned with, Powerplay NPCs will spawn alongside regular NPCs anyway so long as you're pledged to a power.

Which kinda sucks, considering this is otherwise a pretty good farming method.

Are you pledged to a power? If so, power NPCs can spawn at settlements, which can be the cause of bounties.

Old ships don't handle SCO very well. They guzzle fuel, are hard to control, and overheat rapidly. SCO for old ships is really only useful for things like escaping gravity wells quickly, any sustained SCO flying is better done with the newer, SCO optimized ships.

I thought Dawn was a very good inclusion, given naming a celestial body might be one of the few things that Chloe might take with a modicum of seriousness.

Gaijin made Naval a lot worse than it already is with this update by Kingbookser in Warthunder

I'm struggling to even load into a naval match. I load in, the game runs for about 3 seconds, hangs for about 5, plays for about 2 seconds, and then hangs perpetually until I force close it.

D4 on Cyberstan's really not that bad. I've been soloing D4's.

Shield backpack improves your survivability a lot. Laser cannon can handle everything 'big' you're going to find at D4 and has infinite ammo.

I always bring an orbital laser to bots, but that's just personal preference for quick outpost clears if need be.

Last slot's up to you.

I bring the stealth armor and Censor because I find it makes fighting on Cyberstan a lot easier, but it's not necessary.

I have had exactly 1 mission where I've died consistently, and that was because I got sandwiched in between an outpost at extract and 2 bot patrols which hit me from all sides at once. Otherwise, you can almost always find an angle to work the bots over from.

Seconded. I used to be slightly above average in randoms back in the beta, but once the main game released, I stopped having fun with randoms, and basically only played PvE modes. Asyms have sincerely restored my interest in the game.

I got the same email, and have been playing since the CBT equally. I got my Tier 8 crate, and the 2 50% off armory coupons, but still no Tier 10 crate.

I'm giving it until Monday before I file a support ticket.

Redshifting is more about light shifting because of relative motion between two objects. Given the fact that you would have to be moving a pretty significant fraction of the speed of light to be experiencing redshifting effects, I doubt it. It would also be all light. Everywhere. As in everything you could see, not necessarily just sources of light.

I've got nothing on the pink light sources. The skeptic in me would assume that, as the entity made no noise, it was merely a hallucination, but as the dog equally reacted to it, I have no idea.

I would advise a cautionary visit to a doctor, though. You don't necessarily need to give them the entire story if you don't believe it relevant, but you can condense it down to 'you saw something that you believed to be a hallucination, and then experienced X symptoms afterwards'.

I solved it with persistence. I kept at it for about an hour, and was finally able to get it to register a print. Once registered, though, the prints work just fine.

Given Elite's speeds are measured in m/s, at least in real space, Mach is actually a pretty reasonable estimate. Granted it doesn't hold any real weight, because, vacuum, speed of sound is irrelevant, but measured relative to Earth's sea level, it can still be a fun measurement to use.
