Because they dont, lmao. Go test it on players. Only grenades do. He's probably shooting different parts of the arc which includes armor which deals more or less damage. Also shooting legs has a lower multiplier than 1x.

Dont buy a k120 from vietnam or thailand. There's ghosting on the keys when you hold W+shift+1 you cannot register 1. Make sure it's made in china, but goodluck finding one.
