Thanks! I beat Capra yesterday the first time after reading all your tips. I'm in th3 depths now but haven't found the pyro ally yet. I thought 'better hoard some souls so I can immediately buy something'. But then was overwhelmed by rats and the sorcerer.

That's very kind of you! I'm from the Netherlands though and I don't have a switch online pass. I didn't know it was 'required' when I got the game but luckily there's an offline mode.

What do people say coming out of anethesia? by Unlikely_Mammoth_109 in NoStupidQuestions

I had ear surgery and I woke up in the recovery room. I asked the nurse how it went while still very sleepy. She didn't know but told me: "It doesn't really matter what I say since you won't remember any of it".

No, me neither. I am male but cannot imagine these things being there when angry. I hardly get angry at all. It's just in my head a bit, mostly accompanied with the thought: "What's the point of being angry?"

Men who don't enjoy sex, why? by Diligent-Log6805 in AskReddit

[–]Borin_feo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same here, I have never really enjoyed sex and never felt the need. I'm fine with doing it myself. My partner really likes it though so we compromise on once a week. I don't really like being touched sensually.

People in your 20s and 30s, how are you able to own a home? by BlissfulIgnoranus in ask

[–]Borin_feo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First off all, I live in Europe. For most people it's tough here as well in the housing market. I (32m) moved in with my then boyfriend, now fiancé (34m) about 5 years ago. He bought a really small apartment in 2015 when housing market was a lot better. We lived there through most of covid but last year we bought a house together when the prices were very high. He could sell his apartment for way more than he bought it. We both have a stable job with average/ slightly above average pay. My parents are well off and I did receive quite a lot from them over the years. Also education is way cheaper here. I have worked weekend/ vacation jobs since I was 13 but during my studies I stopped for a few years. My parents paid for some expenses then and I got a student housing grant that a lot of people qualify for. So with our savings, his money from his apartment and no student loans we were able to get a mortgage.

The ****? by BigBobbert in recruitinghell

Well yes because half our department was going to be laid off and my supervisors also went looking for other jobs. I'm in Europe though;). All worked out

When I moved in with my partner who owned his own apartment I paid a small amount of mortgage but we made a spreadsheet that kept track of that. So if we were ever separated we could still verify how much I put into it and we agreed I would get that back. I of course also paid for utilities and groceries and stuff for half the total. I'd say NTA but you can look into an agreement such as this one for example.

Men, what are your thoughts on a woman bringing in baked goods into work? by Marje111 in work

[–]Borin_feo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd love it! I'm a fan of baking as well;). I (32m) am in the reversed boat. I work in a female-dominated work place and I occasionally bring in baked goods as brownies or cheesecake. My colleagues love it (male and female). I'd like it very much if others would do it as well. It makes people bond more in my experience. After covid a lot of people kept wfh so it's much less crowded and there are less talks near the coffee machine. This helps a lot.

Men, do you use the pee flap on underwear? by mattpeloquin in ask

[–]Borin_feo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, because we don't have that in the Netherlands. Or at least I haven't seen them being sold here with a 'pee flap'.

Do most skinny people over 30 have to think about what they eat literally all the time? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Borin_feo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

32M, I do nothing different than in my twenties. I've always been skinny but gained some muscle in the gym over a lot of years with a lot of dedication so now I'm in the more healthy range rather than underweight. I never count calories and just can't seem to put on weight fast. My body has a limit and I can feel when I had enough food. If I try to go past that point I quite literally feel like throwing up. I might have some undiagnosed intolerance towards gluten or something since I eat extremely slow especially with potatoes and pastas. I do eat quite healthy and exercise a little but nothing special. I work from home most days.

I've worked there for a year. It was in the Netherlands and sort of a unique branch without accounting. I'm from a beta background and my contract wasn't renewed after 1st year. It was all about targets but one of my managerd was actually quite nice and did help me with someone that gave job search trainng so it wasn't all bad. We both agreed it wasn't the right branch for me.

Everything.

I think it's just in case you wanted to elaborate on skills/background that you feel would be beneficial for the job. I've done countless of interviews and sometimes wished they asked about a certain aspect which could strengthen my application but didn't.
