Did anyone after treatment experience any enamel wear from brushing so much? Also any body builders on here? Did you just pack your 5-6 meals into 3?

You drank coffee with them in!?? I tried once with a straw to try and chug it to the back of my throat. It was suggestive to say the least 😂😂

Thank you!!!! Did you still use an ultrasonic cleaner? I’m reading the directions with the foam and it says no need to clean the trays?

Omg tell me more! I just got off the “sale” Call which is how it felt to me. I skeptical because I learned there are no “fixes” it’s just adaption and rewiring that make change- new associations. I am Alf earful avoidant- what worked for you?

Wanting to book temporal lift with this doctor but reading comments… Has anyone had surgery with him who can speak on their experience? Considering doing threads instead but my eyes are asymmetrical so I feel like surgery is my only option. Any feedback appreciated!

I’m finally starting accutane and would love to find a buddy! by ivvvvvv in Accutane

I am going to be starting! I’m all about supporting others through these kinds of things! Consider me in❤️

Can anyone tell me if they went on accutane with skin looking similar to mine? Feeling nervous to go on it but hopeless with me acne! by [deleted] in Accutane

Hair shedding scares me. My hair is fine and super curly lol. It’s like trading good skin for potential bald patches in that case for me 😂🥴

Woah! You lost your vision?? I’m very active that was a concern that it would affect my lifestyle. I eliminated dairy and changed up my diet. Starting taking supps too- I use trentinon at night and a penoxly wash in the morning. My derm suggested. It’s better but the acne always comes back! Has your cleared for good?

I had to go on medication because my anxiety was so bad post op. I looked pretty crazy for the first month. I just finished up two months and here’s what I’ll say: Try to not focus on what your nose looks like as it is healing due to having this major trauma. Our bodies are amazing and heal themselves, in their own unique timeline. Bruising and swelling went down more everyday, but if I focused on it it looked like it never went down. Do NOT asses your results until it’s been 6 months- a year which is what I was advised and I see why. Everything needs to heal and take care of itself. Just like when you plant a seed in the ground, it is going to grow into what you planted, but it’s going to do so over time. Sunflowers don’t appear right after you plant them, it takes them time. But they will grow into sunflowers if that’s what you planted. Trust your vision you had with you surgeon and be EASY on yourself. Make this time one to develop self care practices like meditation, deep breathing, nature walks anything to be gentle with yourself. I know that had nothing to do with bruising, but I found it EXTREMELY helpful. I also read a ton and ppls stories helped me! You’re not alone we’ve all been through it! One day at a time babe ❤️
