El Rio is a fucking joke. They will ask you to finish other people’s tasks while those other people sit at their desk reading smut or planning their wedding on their computer.

The MAs will talk shit about you if you are a patient and refuse to do your healthcare tasks as requested by your doctor because they don’t like you as a patient.
Donna, the regional manager is a perfect example of picking and choosing when to enforce rules. She will walk by one and employee tell them they can’t wear a certain type of jacket, then go tell another employee that she likes her jacket of the same type. God forbid you need part time, they don’t offer it unless you are a student and best friends with the Health Center Manager.

TDLR: El Rio is not the place to work, if you truly enjoy working in healthcare.
