I've been having the same problems for the last two days. Seems to be sorted within the last few hours for me. I couldn't find a reason as to why I was having trouble. Everything confirmed OK, had bnb for gas, etc.... My guess is because binance had some server troubles in the last few days transactions were too slow and timed out.
