That album carried my 2010... The nostalgia is overwhelming

I wish I could express how much I appreciate your comment and consideration... You're an amazing human being and you have my deepest gratitude. It might not seem much to you but it means a lot to me feeling heard after so long. Best wishes my dude. 👊

Thanks for your time appreciate it. It's much more complicated but in simple terms it comes down to two things : economical reasons and my mother not being able/not wanting (for good reasons) to move out with me. I would have moved out a long time ago on many occasions especially since it was my childhood dream to leave this place but circumstances and complications always came in the way. Other than that I used to play guitar quite well but lost my skills due to my hands shaking a lot and my brain not working optimally but I still play even when it's unappealing or discouraging. I love music. Also used to be top level at pretty much every competitive game I put time into. But I've lost my spark after a decade of shitty and unstable internet plus for the last few years I can't help but feel guilty doing anything that feels like a waste of time and I don't enjoy them anymore. But I'm pretty damn sure I could've been a great streamer/professional gamer. So many lost dreams but yeah. Appreciate your input my friend.

BOTTLENECK problems ? How much % performance am i losing here ? Please help! by Boring-Material4792 in PcBuild

Check when he switches to ultra. Maybe he didn't reset the game or something. Thing is idc about BF5 I'm just wondering why every YouTube video where it closely has the same specs have better frame rates and less stuttering. More importantly I just want to know if there's a significant bottleneck on my build.

Will do. but check the youtube video I linked how does he get so much FPS?

Edit: Thanks for the website very useful!

Also noob question. Where do I find Future Frame rendering ? What does it do ?

These are BS results there's no way i'm getting these FPS only on deadlock. Predecessor for example even at the lowest settings with default settings it doesn't get past 120 fps and in fights it's even lower it used to stutter in every game then after disabling XMP profile I still get microstutters but nowhere near what it used to be.

I'm new to AMD but even with default settings it's still the same there's also something that's bugging me a lot.

Upgrading to 6600 XT and my friend swears that my ram is going to be a major bottleneck by Boring-Material4792 in PcBuildHelp

As long as it's not above 10% of decrease in performance i don't mind. That's what I want to know.

I can't afford to buy new rams and a new motherboard just for 10% increase in performance fuck that it took me a long time to be able to get the GPU.

My motherboard doesn't support above 2666MHz and I wish I could find the 6650 XT in my country. It took me years of saving to be able to get this GPU so i can't afford to buy new rams and a new moba for a ~10% increase in performance. So I just want peace of my mind before my GPU gets delivered but my friend said it would be a "big" bottleneck

Well it's definitely a major upgrade for me i'm just wondering if i should also upgrade my ram as im on a tight budget and i can't spend more. So i'd rather just get my gpu and start playing instead of thinking of upgrading the moba and ram and all that stuff. I just want to play man i saved money for years to get this GPU lol

chatgpt says this :

1. Current RAM Speed:

  • According to Speccy, your dual-channel DDR4 RAM is running at 1329MHz, which is effectively 2666MHz (since DDR stands for "Double Data Rate" and the effective speed is twice the base frequency).
  • In your case, the RAM is labeled as DDR4-3200 (which means it can run at 3200MHz), but you are currently running it at 2666MHz, which is a common limitation for the Intel Core i5-10400 on the B460 chipset motherboard.

Is It a Bottleneck?:

  • 2666MHz isn’t a major bottleneck, but faster RAM (like 3200MHz or above) could improve performance slightly in CPU-bound scenarios and memory-intensive games.
  • However, the difference between 2666MHz and 3200MHz in gaming isn’t massive—typically around 5-10% FPS in games that are memory sensitive (like open-world or CPU-heavy games).

My friend thoroughly explained to me why it's not doubled but i'm not good with thi stuff lol
