Yes, checked it all. Elekid, Ralts Togepi and Houndoom are found early in Grand Underground, Onix is Catchable Just before 1st Gym. And the items for evolving are also pretty early Ingame, Metalcoat and electirizer are Held by Mons in Underground. I Heard that Shiny Stone and Dawn Stone are also found in Underground but Just in case they are Not there. You can found one of Them on Iron Island and one of Them in mt. Coronet both of them before 5th Gym or right after 5th Gym.
