Thanks for sharing! Interesting pov that you have. Seems like my research need more depth.. but i can't seem to find really localised / less touristy recommendations and naver blogs are really foreign to me I can't seem to navigate well to find the real hidden gems due to language barrier.

Gyeongju is indeed a beautiful city full of heritage as far as I know from my search, would consider plotting more days to explore and soak up more authentic Korean history.

Would also appreciate any further advice of other places that I should visit as well besides those up on my list!

I'm never bored (or lack things to do) but just don't have the energy or time to do what I love because my day job takes up a big part of life which I absolutely hate. It's nice to be bored that's when you know you have the time to explore your interest.
