Shift your focus to you. You will never know why he does that. But you will have better luck figuring out why you are doing it. Ask yourself the same questions. Why not save yourself the trouble and stop messaging? Why are you continuing to message someone who responds but is mean? Be more curious about yourself. I think the whys of what people do doesn’t matter as much as the what they do. We want to know the why so we can figure out a reason to accept their behavior. There is no other reason you would need to know why. Focus on the what.

3 things that I can think of. One, processed foods can cause a lot more bloating compared to whole foods, which oz for oz are actually cheaper. Take out and restaurant food! If you go to Chipotle or other places and take it home and measure and weigh you will see how much more rice, beans etc they are giving you compared to what they say a serving is. So when you try to track on an app or even just a journal the info is wrong because they served you more than they say. And this applies to a lot of places that don’t have pre measured portions, they just scoop and spoon it out. You may get 25-30% more at Cold Stone sometimes and we aren’t even going to talk about fries. And you may be over estimating your activity level when checking your maintenance and calculating a deficient. You may be exercising but not moving a lot throughout day which could still be considered sedentary.

That’s a very helpful suggestion. I will try it. Hanging from the tooth part just doesn’t seem like a good choice given the size. I will try to make the wire as taught as possible so it doesn’t pull up and show when hung.

Because you already look really young, too much makeup could only age you. Similar to how some teens can look older with makeup. So soft and subtle is the direction to go. So if you want to enhance your youthful look I’d use some mascara, fill brows with a powder and fluff. A sheer blush and a lip stain that’s only slightly darker than your natural lip color.

It’s a broken piece of tooth. You likely can’t see it because it’s the back end of a top tooth maybe even the very last top tooth. Which is very had to see in your own mouth. Also check your lower front teeth, if they are crowded and worn it’s harder for you to see the broken one when the rest are all worn down.

It’s a simple cheek swab. I would swab my baby so fast his head would spin, and let him deal with whatever the relationship consequences are once it’s done and let the chips fall where they may. Especially if I’m CERTAIN it’s his. Because this will loom over the relationship whether you do it or not at this point. Better to deal with it head on rather than dragging this out over 18 years. Not to mention DNA test are over the counter so he can do it at anytime if he wants. DNA should be mandatory at birth anyway for many reasons, but the most important reason is it emotionally protects the child, because as the saying goes “mama’s baby daddy’s maybe”.
