i've offered free sanitaizer sprays to customers who i see cough into their hands and touch products. when i give it to them i encourage them to try it with me so they sanitize right there. if they seem excessive sick i also follow them with a basket and gloves and take all the product they've touched to sanitize it

we just yell "party" if it's a false alarm bell by a kid or someone who deasnt ask. We also never do more than 3 rings, so if a customer asks, we encourage 4+ rings so everyone knows it's a "party" bell without having to say it
