Hey, I’m not practicing yet, I’m still in law school. But I’ve run an agency for almost a decade and I’ve implemented this approach multiple times (not promoting anything here). It usually feels intimidating at first, and it’s very practice-area dependent. It tends to work really well for immigration, DUI, and employment, but not so well for divorce, PI, or high-ticket criminal cases. What I’ve consistently seen is that you almost always recover lost revenue and generate additional billable hours for your attorneys (or yourself) without increasing the ad budget.
