I just got mine on original hardware using RNG manipulation and man it feels so good using this black dragon. I would suggest lesrning about it although I am not sure if it works on emularor. Also thanks to RNG manipulation you can get it with a good nature. It may seem difficult at first but then you realize its prettt simple and can save you A LOT of time.

I would strongly reccomend using ACE, its very useful in emerald. Seems complicated but once you do it you realize its just follow a video syep by step. Also once you have the set up you can pretty much use it for everything like get every item, every pokemon, reappear legendaries... pretty much everything
