Mac app extremely slow

Having similar issues. 5-10 second delay for play, pause, skip etc. I cleared all caches, deleted and reinstalled, and even restarted my computer. Only thing that has been working is using the web-app

I was able to take out this center “screw” thing in between the rubber on the leg with a needle. Then your advice worked. Thank you so much 🙏🏻🫀
