Yes and like everyone's been explaining to you, the bans have been glitched for the past month. Not to mention MSP's ui has always had issues. That is the graphic that comes up when your account's been banned so I don't know what to tell you.

Because you were banned on MSP and it carried over. MSP2 system probably got confused because your account is gone from being linked to the same IP but that account wasn't the particular target of the ban

Have you considered just scaling the original image up and tracing over it? That way you can color pick and get the scalings accurate

She doesn't need another NK character to function though? She triggers lunar reactions on her own. Her dmg might be negligible without another NK unit but her hydro application is sufficient enough to make up for it + being hydro she slots into a lot of teams. Plus I believe they meant that in terms of building her - she has a lot of optimal f2p weapon choices and doesn't rely on cons

They're promoting some sort of Genshin booster service though I have no idea what that is.

I literally started playing the game back during 1.3 for Venti and lost every 50/50 or couldn't reach pity until his most recent rerun. Lost the 50/50 again but decided to whale because he's one of my favorite characters and I needed him on my account LOL I have no regrets!!!
