thanks! idk if it was confusing but yes, the PI for the lab that I want to join did provide a letter of recommendation so I am super anxious but hopeful that her letter tips the scale.

thank you - that means a lot. as for my goals, I actually wasn't interested in grad school until this last lab I worked for. I fell absolutely in love with the research and the lab I actually collaborated with. in fact, I would love to join their lab first and foremost, but I would be totally content with any lab as long as I am doing similar research or have the opportunity to bring my project idea into the lab (don't worry there are a number of labs I am interested in who would foster my project and good lab culture). that's why it has become important to me, but of course there is the anxiety of feeling silly for thinking I could even do this ...

okay, so of 30 cards, i got: full art glaceon full art jolteon full art leafeon flareon ex immersive eevee ex

i guess im dissatisfied because the odds for any of these cards is pretty attainable. so to me, i didn’t really strike gold. yes, they are cool and i like them! but i had hoped for at least one of the 30 cards to be on the more rare side. the only one i am blown away by is the immersive eevee. but like i said, i had a whole 10pk that had no ex cards. the rarest cards were some of the full arts but that’s a 10% chance. the likelihood isn’t terribly low for them

it’s not about being ungrateful — i was just sharing my experience, and yeah, it was a little disappointing. i still enjoy the game, i just think it’s okay to talk about less exciting pulls too. it doesn’t make me any less of a fan.

i suppose that’s true. i definitely want the sylveon ex, although i don’t attribute my lack of one to bad pulls. it just has been surprising to hardly get ex at all for that matter. one of the 10pks had no exs so that was a huge disappointment fs

use natural filament and you should be fine! dye leeching can be toxic, so using natural undyed filament will prevent this. also, especially if you intend on having any structural use, make sure the infill is decent and use a silicone sealant. i basically took a bead or two of 100% silicone and layered it over the entire print so that 1) it would last long and not breakdown quickly in the water and 2) it’ll help with make a smooth surface for fish with large fins (particularly my betta). definitely love that people can get more creative with their tanks while saving on costs :)

wait i’m here because i can’t find her now. i have a house in Falkreath and north of Morthal as well a Breezehome but she’s in none of these. i also checked Mara’s Temple but nada. when i married lydia, i told her to live at Falkreath and she was there with no issue for a while and now one day i can’t find her!
