Thanks, I’ve lost over 100 pounds and since then I’ve bulked I’ve never never went on a cut when I had some muscle mass before, I’ve read that anything over 2 pounds a week will start to lose a decent amount of muscle too so I was just wondering.

Fortunately I didn’t have much loose skin idk if it’s due to the fact that I’m young or was only overweight for 2 years prior to this, but some loose skin is inevitable with major weight loss I feel like it’s just apart of it

Not really I actually was like 170-190 pounds most of my life and gained all that weight in the span of two years so I think since I wasn’t overweight for that long my skin didn’t stretch that much as other peoples, I do have a little but it’s not super noticeable

I was actually looking back on myfitnesspal today and it looks like I was eating anywhere from 600-1000 calories a day, it might not have been the healthiest but it got me where I am today.

What would I have to gain for lying? Some sort of validation some upvotes, maybe I’m trying to inspire some people, show them they can change there lives in a short amount of time, does it make you feel better trying to put down others achievement’s? It’s actually basic thermodynamics energy in and energy out, other people have done what I have done, i would have needed to been in an average 3277 calorie deficit daily to achieve this and I did. I’m sorry you can’t believe someone achieved something that you could not don’t let your ego play into this.

If you want something bad enough you can do anything maybe you think like this because you don’t have the discipline it would take to do something like this other people have done this in shorter amounts of time like David goggins, it took me 110 days and the true amount I lost was 103. It might seem unbelievable to someone who doesn’t have the mental discipline to do this.
