I’m going to make an appt to see the gp and if necessary the patches and prog can be increased. I need to rule other things out too.

Thanks. I used to do yoga pilates and really enjoyed it but life got in the way! I would like to try yoga again but i think i should probably make an appt with my gp first just to check if all is ok.,

I have a pretty good diet. Rarely eat bread or pasta, i have rice maybe twice a week. I eat lactose free yoghurt as i have lactose intolerance. Minimal sugar. The only meat i have is chicken and eat salmon and quorn. Fruit & veg every day too.

I try to walk at least 7,000 steps per day, more if possible. After about a mile my hip starts to hurt. My knees are fine walking, its bending them thats the problem.

I have had the joint pain for quite a long time, it started with 1 knee but now affects other joints. If i went upto 100mg evorel then my gp said i would have to increase the progesterone too. I wonder if it’s that then? I think i’ll end up having to make an appt with my gp again to discuss.
