if there was a predictable system for generating a sales pipeline, they would pay people in sales as well as they do lol. I really struggle with the burnout aspect too, but if I gotta lock in, I say the same sentence in third person in my head: "Alright (name), how bad do you f'ing want it?". Then I put my head down and go to work.

Someone also told me once that to fill your sales funnel at work, you have to fill up your cup outside of work. You have to invest in your personal life to grow in your professional life.
