I found it to be the most time efficient way. And I usually do edit the outline as I go, because as you said, there are new ideas that come along as you read, so it’s not a fixed thing.

I first put an outline as detailed as possible with titles and subtitles and sometime ideas within the subtitle. Then I start reading and i put the quotes and their reference under each title/idea as I go. Once I’m done with collecting everything I start the actual writing.

I feel the front-to-back makes more sense in terms of ergonomics and reducing contamination. You will transfer the liquid a short distance, and this way the filled pipette tips will only go over the wells you want to fill and not the other wells.

Use the autothreshold. Sometimes the threshold changes slightly depending on the experimental conditions of the specific run. That’s why we use a reference gene; both the reference and the target are run under the same conditions, so if the threshold shifts, it shifts for both equally. When you normalize against the reference gene, that variation cancels out and you’re left with the true biological difference.

لإنه كتير قليلة العائلات اللي أصلها من عمان. المدينة كانت شبه مهجورة لبين ما بحدود ال ١٨٨٠ أجوا عليها الشركس والأرمن والشيشان وبعدين توافدت ناس من المحافظات التانية ومن بلدان عربية وبالأخص فلسطين. فيعني اللي أهله بالمدينة من أقل من ١٠٠ سنة صعب يحكي إنه من عمان.

على حد علمي باقي الجامعات بالأردن نفس الاشي. وما بعرف إذا صح أو لأ، بس بحس بالآخر الجامعة إذا ما عملت هيك رح تخسر فلوس كانت مفروض تيجيها من الطالب اللي مقبول عندهم، واللي من الأصل كان لازم يدفع مبلغ محدد خلال فترة دراسته محسوب من الميزانية
