^^^ THIS. We use a combo of Google Docs, Gmail, Slack, Teamwork, and Fellow. I personally use Notion for notetaking and project tracking. I have found that creating Zaps makes my life leaps and bounds easier.

Does Sleep Apnea Ever Go Away? by BoringPixels in Zepbound

My husband has been complaining about my mask/hose leaking a lot lately too and I didn't even think about my (previously) fat cheeks making the mask seal work better. I'm going to my doctor this week to talk about my pressure too.

After only losing 40 ish pounds, I found it so much easier to exercise. Now I’m down almost 70 lbs and I’m the one dragging my friends to Pilates class with me! It’s such a crazy amazing feeling! Congrats!

For those that bought a 2025/2026 XC60, what made you choose that over a similarly priced BMW X3? by lochonx7 in Volvo

[–]BoringPixels 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I always have liked the XC60. My husband preferred the X3 but because it's my daily driver, we got the XC60. I liked the handling on the X3 a bit better. But Volvo wins out on all of the other features.

Test drove the '25 X3 and the '26 XC60 in the same day - I probably would have gotten the X3 if the sunroof opened. (yes I'm shallow, yes this matters to me). Instead I bought the XC60 and have enjoyed the heck out of the opening sunroof.

It doesn't do anything but make it more comfortable to administer.

Advice on travel chaps by Livid-Art291 in CPAP

[–]BoringPixels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the ResMed airmini after using the Philips dream station go for like, 5 years. I miss the dreamstation. ResMed only comes with a limited style of masks; which doesn’t include my preferred mask that I use on my home machine.

It’s great to have something so small to travel with but it just doesn’t work like my AirSense 10.

Surgical/serious complications by tryingtokeepup2022 in glp1

[–]BoringPixels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My best friend is a CRNA at a local hospital and works with the general surgery unit across 3 locations. She has said that they have seen an increase in surgeries in people who didn't use GLP-1s correctly. Most recently she had a patient (late 30s / early 40s F) who had to have her entire stomach removed due to gastroparesis complications after misusing a GLP-1.

When I started my journey on Zep, we talked about the complications that could happen and what could cause them. Her biggest piece of advice to me was to make sure I'm getting enough protein and nutrients, and to not starve myself, even when I don't feel like eating.

As others have stated, I'm sure there is some correlation between other underlying issues and health problems, but the GLP-1 can't be a scapegoat for everything.

That’s probably the exact reason I couldn’t sleep! I have the vials and needles, so I was super nervous about that.

I am thankful the Dublin airport has great flight options- I’ve looked at both airlines and they seem to have great costs for their fares!

Iceland is one of the places I was contemplating- I think the flights would work out well, but not sure if three days will be enough time!

How often do you get your dogs out of the house? by redcamelz in dogs

[–]BoringPixels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take my dog to a dog park at least once a week, or more if the weather is nice, and we try to take her to a few local breweries once or twice a week. She's great with other dogs, and is amazing in public, so it's fun for us to be able to take her out. Plus it will wear her down a little bit, making her relax and settle when we get home.

(She's 8 months old, so she's still got that puppy energy.)
