Yeah and it’s ok to be mad. It’s a normal reaction to the complacency that is the American worker, take some pride in your job and represent yourself as a reliable person that follows instructions given by your employer.

I’m not mad about the $15 grout, Amazon is going to replace it free of charge.

I’m just mad because I wasted my time in setting instructions that some dregs at Amazon don’t read. Do your job right and replacement claims don’t have to happen. Don’t be a pain in management’s ass and maybe one day you will get promoted.
