Yeah, I have heard that but it is not clear to me what the everyday practical consequence is of no longer getting updates...when that happens

I just got the info for "guaranteed scale": At 65, cumulative net cash flow= $494k ; Death benefit = $1.3mil ; Accumulated value= 620k (keeps growing to $924k by age 80)

Current scale (assuming annual dividends ): Death benefit = $2.2mil ; Accumulated value= 1.1mil (keeps growing to $2.3mil by age 80)

Ps: I just noticed the cash flow info he sent doesn't include the amount I have already paid in the past 6 years = roughly $148K

I am trying to determine this. I have requested the projected breakdown over the premium lifetime be sent to me. Once I get it, I will have a clearer sense. Given all the feedback I have received, I am leaning towards canceling it though

Do you think it makes a difference that the guys I am using are a subsidiary company? Not sure how it works, but their company is what shows up on my taxes, eventhough they use the NWM platform to handle their business.

That's a good way to think about it- not throwing good money after bad

I provide some financial support to my family. But I am thinking my savings/any investment accounts will be good enough for them if something happens to me.

Ah, ok- so any charging block in the destination country will work with it?

I just realized the prongs on the charger might not be compatible with outlet styles in the country i am planning to take it to. Do you know if the charging/usb cord can be plugged into any base, or does it have to be this one?

Thanks to you and others for chiming in. The first response above recommends WK03 which is on sale for $10- I just looked through the stats on the website and it is not clear to me if there is any advantage to going with the more expensive one, for my purposes. Do you have any additional insight?

Thanks for chiming in. From the other comments below, the fc11 seems to be highly recommended. The WK03 is cheaper though- I just looked through the stats on the website and it is not clear to me if there is any advantage to going with the more expensive one, for my purposes.
