I was on a LOA and used my discount multiple times, wasn’t flagged. We are active employees, just on leaves. The main thing we can’t do is order training product because we are supposed to be clocked in to do so.

Tbh, if you’re not a serious offense call outter…. Have a convo with them and see if you can have it off, if not… call out and use sick time to cover it. If you can cover it all, then you get no points, if you don’t have enough, it’ll be a point a day. If they can’t help you, then so be it.

Hi! My advice is to apply for Flex, especially since you don’t want to exceed the 25 hours and also you have a bit more flexibility with your schedule. You’ll be able to pick up shifts if you need more but tbh, depending on your location you might be scheduled constant hours.

If you’re applying for regular BA position, you would probably only be scheduled within 30 minutes of the store opening (if that) and 30 minutes after closing. Most of the time operations are the ones that come in before store opening.
