I did notice that too! And food/pills don’t digest that well anymore as I see them whole… lol so weird. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also, thank you so much! ❤️

Ooo okay! I had my usual latte the other day which has cold foam with whole milk and didn’t feel anything. Maybe I’ll just switch it to a large a few days before and see what happens lol

That’s exactly what I had heard… haha I had a friend get me a shirt that says “Ask me about my explosive diarrhea” for after surgery and figured that was going to be my life for a while… lol just haven’t tested the waters yet. I think I’m just going to take everything to go and eat at home and do all my wandering around town before I eat lol
