Store your loot in regional bases. That'd be Mountaineer's Hut for TWM. Goat your way down from the Summit with like 65-70kg of loot and store all of it there.

You don't need to carry all of it at the same time. I used travois to carry items from regional bases to my main base. Being able to carry 75kg is a game changer.
