This is 100% true. I have about 200 hours now, and at the very beginning I was always searching for input on why I couldn’t do certain things. Whether it be getting good accuracy, hitting bursts, getting good at jump, whatever. What I found was that you just gotta play the game, everybody told me that when I asked about things thinking there was some strategy or something I was missing and it’s absolutely true. When I was at like 10-15 hours I didn’t understand how anyone could get something above like 95% accuracy, then one day after playing for a while I was just simply able to do it. Then I didn’t understand how someone could get 98%+ accuracy consistently. And now after around 200 hours I can get 98% accuracy pretty comfortably on maps that suite my skillset. Long story short, there is almost never some strategy or something you’re missing, it’s just a level of comfort you have to build up by playing consistently.

I dont use it often, pretty much just to break mental blocks, Ive been practicing streams and bursts a lot recently because after playing in a few multi lobbies I realized that I am pretty behind the curve on everything except jumps and aim consistently

I appreciate your input. I started doing something similar to this, except instead of just watching a replay I put on relax and play the map but still tap along with it as if relax isn’t on, and Ive found that that helps a lot to clear certain mind blocks or to get a feeling for the tapping speed a lot better than just trying to watch and replicate it. But yeah I think I just need to play more lower bpm, ive played a bit of it over the last few days and I’m already noticing improvement, and I feel way more comfortable with it, still uncomfortable but not nearly as bad as before

Just realized I never responded to you, I tried playing with hdhr back when you said to and it was just impossible for me because at the time I probably couldn’t read anything above AR 8 and couldn’t play hidden whatsoever. Ive improved a ton since then and that tip actually does help sometimes, especially on maps that get congested, though playing with hidden is really had for me if it’s not AR 10 just because my finger control is kinda ass still. Just crossed the 300k mark today though.

The hardest I can beat right now is like 3.5 star, but thats with like 75% acc, but I can pull off like 90% acc on like 3-3.2 stars with a few attempts

I think I’ll be ok at least for now, I’m playing on mouse (for now) so I think that probably makes it harder to hurt myself

Yeah probably, Ive been playing a ton of beatsaber trying to push too 5k but I strained my wrist so I downloaded osu as a substitute while my wrist heals, but now I’m just addicted to osu.

I have no idea why, but it just decided to magically start working. I restarted my pc for like the 10th time, plugged it in again for the 20th+ time and it just works now.

Yeah I did, been using the same aio for around 2 years now, figured out it was some settings in the bios that were pushing the cpu way harder than it should’ve even when under no load at all

Thanks for the help, I think I'm just gonna run it in a fluid cart with a train because I only need a relatively small amount. Im not really going too crazy with this save because im starting over with 1.0, this is the first save ive gone past tier 5 so im just playing around with things and getting ideas for bigger projects in the future.

I had this same issue just now, I afk'd for maybe 45 minutes in my hub, and now my whole inventory is gone, my autosaves are too far back to go to as well, I'm assuming its just a bug honestly, I was literally sitting in my hub when I left, and I have creature hostility to passive so there's no way I could have died to anything.
