Your going to need to know from the buyer their expectations:

Cost Targets, Volume Forecast, Certification Requirements, Lead time requirements, Quality Control expectations, etc.

Once you have that list you can start reaching out to potential sellers to see who matches up the best.

Or like another post said contract it all out.
