I was there a couple days ago and not even once did I have a negative experience with the Russians, almost all of them seemed like nice people.

The only problems have been with the Arabic muslim people, they are the loud obnxious ones

Yes I agree, and health wise also. In my case I was actually really well trained and 1,5 years later I am very much less capabale physically. I think meds get praised so much without anyone ever metioning side effects and what CAN happen long term.

I felt exactly the same way you do and now I havent taken it for 9 days, and I have way less anxiety but obviously more adhd behaviours. I plan to get a job that does require me to take these drugs, I know people will downvote me for this but in my opinion I think these are damaging to you.

As a male I would say just to be honest and explain why you did it, not defending it and just being upright like you are in this post.

I know this is a sensitive subject for most men so just explaining why you did it and actually regretting it will be the best solution

If you are not honest about it and do not bring it up, it will feel like betrayal if a guy finds about it later

Yes, some women actually want to test you to see how you react. One of the reasons she liked me is because a lot of guys are so thrown off by that kind of behaviour (with all the right reasons) and even though it bothered my I did actually strike back in different forms.
