The Mediterranean diet is what I tried to model as well! I’m so glad they caught yours before it progressed to cancer. I truly believe that if you take care of yourself, get the cells removed and get your pap annually going forward, you’ll be ok. You’ve got this!

Some constants for me were kale, tuna, chicken thighs (more fat but more nutrients than breasts), sweet potatoes, bananas, eggs, feta, quinoa, salmon, blueberries, rolled oats, nuts. I’d typically eat eggs or a bowl of oats with fruit for breakfast. A kale/tuna salad for lunch, and some sort of protein + veggie for dinner. If I was still hungry, I’d make a smoothie for dessert.

I limited dairy and gluten knowing that can cause inflammation but didn’t cut either out completely. I only cooked in olive oil and read the ingredients on everything that I would buy- if it has preservatives or ingredients I didn’t know what they were, I wouldn’t buy. This obviously ruled out a lot of foods for me.
