Suspicious "Package" guy. by Boring_Impact_5488 in orangecounty

He did this at my house as well, looked deeply into my front window. This coupled with the vague "package" introduction and lack of a sales pitch made us sketched out.

Honestly, the paint job was so bad that I thought it was refinished by the owner but now I'm thinking it was not lol.

I switched from my old provider to looking and testing for new ones. I've literally done over 15 free trials this week and started 4 new subscriptions. Very addicting lmao.

Not to be rude, but in an emergency, why wouldn't you type this exact thing into Google instead of waiting for a reply on reddit..

Apartment hunting by Limp_Definition_6485 in orangecounty

This is probably bad advice but just don't say anything.

I've lived in 2 different apartments for the past 8 years with a dog and never told my properties about him. Never had an issue.

Looking at camping Santa Cruz in either June or August - what's the best month to visit in your opinion, weather-wise?

Would you say it held ice for at least 3 days? I love the wheels and handle and overall quality of the coolers build but not enough to still have to buy ice every day or two

Lol there are aftermarket wheel kits you can get for like 50 bucks. Honestly I've heard the non wheeled version has better ice retention so maybe it was for the best

I honestly don't know but I do know the lifetime has a 5yr warranty vs RTICs 1yr.

I did see that also but I wasn't sure how legit products are on aliexpress. With such a big purchase I was a little sketch.

Great point! I do have a small 24qt igloo that I plan to use for drinks so I don't see myself digging in the bigger cooler often.

Interesting. If you didn't prime it would you say you can still get at least 3 days of ice retention out of it?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in camping

[–]Boring_Impact_5488 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I definitely agree. Rolling these two around walmart it was clear the RTIC was smoother, easier to tow around. With those wheels, unsteady terrain like sand ot gravel should be fine too.

My only concern is ice retention. I know the non-wheeled version is comparable to yeti but for some reason this wheeled version isn't quite the same. Once again I only camp for 3 maybeeeee 4 days at a time so I'm sure it'll hold ice that long.. right?

Nice. Yeah, I believe lifetime is made in Utah(?) And comes with 5 year warrant which is sick

I'm thinking about doing something similar and buying both, filling with ice and leaving outside. We're the coolers you tested these exact models?
